Welcome to “Ocean Views”. This beautifully updated 2nd floor unit is just 4th off the beach in quiet southern Beach Haven. Clean and comfortable with cheerful seaside décor and vaulted ceilings. Enjoy ocean views from your front and rear decks, and even a glimpse of the waves from the main bedroom. The kitchen, dining area, and living room have a great flow for entertaining. This unit has three bedrooms and two full baths with central air, and there’s a bright little area with a desk tucked away from the main living space. There are decks on both the front and rear of the home, on which you can relax while listening to the waves crashing on the beach. There is off-street parking. Bike, walk, or take the LBI Shuttle into town for all your shopping, dining, and nightlife activities. Or if you prefer, there is a playground and skate park, a store for beach supplies & bike rentals, and a shop for your morning coffee, breakfast, and lunch all within one block.

- Pets: permitted only when explicitly approved at booking. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Pool, hot tub, and outdoor amenities: use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Trash and recycling: follow the instructions left at the property.
- Departure: please leave the property in the condition in which you found it. Excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover may be charged against the damage deposit.
